What this website collects.

Website visits
The website’s hosting platform may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request timing, device or browser information and network information. Contact tools use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit spam and excessive requests.
Messages to Daniel
When you submit a message, the site saves your name, optional business name, contact details, preferred reply method, message, optional preferred contact time and submission date in Daniel’s private inbox. Daniel uses these details to respond to your inquiry. If email alerts are enabled, the inquiry is also sent through the email delivery provider, Resend. Submitting a message does not subscribe you to marketing.
AI assistant and messages
If AI chat is enabled, your question and the conversation in your current chat session are sent to OpenAI to produce a conversational answer using approved information from this website. AI may make mistakes; Daniel can clarify anything specific to your business. The assistant is not Daniel and cannot confirm availability, negotiate terms or guarantee results. The site does not save chat transcripts in Daniel’s inbox unless you separately submit a message. Avoid sharing confidential financial records, passwords or account details in chat. OpenAI processes requests under its own data policies.
Owner Assessment
When you complete the owner assessment, the site records your revenue category, core asset focus, fleet range, revenue range, six operational responses, operational friction score and classification, internal profile tag, suggested next step, completion time and whether the scheduling button was selected. The owner assessment does not ask for your name, email address, telephone number or company name.
Scheduling and texting
The completed assessment displays an embedded Calendly calendar. Loading it connects your browser to Calendly, which processes technical information and the booking details you provide under its own privacy terms. The calendar receives an assessment response identifier and result category so Daniel can connect your booking with your scorecard. The site records scheduling interest when you select a date and time in the calendar. A direct texting link opens your device’s messaging app; your mobile provider may apply its normal messaging charges.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the website, respond to prospective clients, improve the owner assessment and prepare for conversations. Next Pull does not sell inquiry information or owner assessment responses. Access to the message inbox is restricted to the authorized site owner.
Your choices
You may browse without using chat, leaving a message, completing the owner assessment or scheduling a conversation. To request deletion of an inquiry, contact Daniel through the Contact page.
